- Effectively integrate the Cost, Schedule & Document control elements of the works.
- Manage General Contractor in proper and timely reports, especially as related to schedule and general reporting requirements for proper information regarding work progress, staffing etc.
- Develop and update Project Management Plan / Execution Plan as and when needed to adapt to specific project needs.
- Initiate correspondences in response to contractor or Design team failure to meet scheduled objectives and / or produce required reporting.
- Chair and minute weekly schedule and reporting meeting with Contractor.
- Assist Project Manager in other duties as required.
- Work in coordination with the Contract Department [ Sr. Contract Manager, Contract Administrator]
