· To establish and maintain an effective and efficient administration and communication system in accordance with major contract requirement.
· Subcontract administrations and monitoring, raising change order request, finalizing specification as per change request.
· Document Preparation for measurement certification in line with contract specification.
· To provide & suggest stakeholder on contract strategies, evaluation criteria, scope & structure of contract including required claim settlement.
· To ensure contract specific HSE requirements are being followed at site.
· To ensure implementation and adherence to the requirements of HSE management system and specific accountabilities as documented in HSE procedure.
· To ensure that HSE and quality audits are carried out as documented in contracts and follow-up with the required corrective action.
