September, 2015 - Study the contract documents and understand the nature of the job along with start date and end date.
- Review the IFC drawings along with the PE for an understanding of the scope of works.
- Prepare the project charter and study the BOQ for program preparation
- Prepare the works program (WP) along with cost and labor loaded in discussion with PE,PM and Higher level management in 14 days from the date of receiving the main contractor program, and follow up main contractor for the approved program and should update until the end of the project ( alive ).
- Coordinate with PM and Submit staff requirement and Manpower histogram for HR dept.
- Submit monthly manpower Actual Vs Plan to HR dept. If any revisions in manpower requirement update HR dept with 3 month look head to avoid manpower shortage due to forecast.
- Daily update of the site progress in the works program (WP) by visiting the site, taking photographs and in discussion with the PE.
- Weekly report and monthly report with the work progress, progress photo graphs, and daily manpower report.
- Technicians work done report to be checked and recorded.
- Measure and grade the productivity of technician with reference to their daily report in coordination with Engineer and Foreman.
- Compare the normal time production and overtime production and report the engineer about the labor budget.
- Overtime request reviewing and approve the request if it is unavoidable.
- Daily photo graph of the site from 4 or 5 locations and to keep it and record for future reference.
- Daily report to be submitted to the client and higher level management.
- Any delay events, shall be recorded and documented along with supporting documents (like photographs, letters etc). If in case of any dispute.
