Hi! This is my first post.
I'm looking for any ID in the resulting exported (XER or XML or whatever) file.
An ID that uniquely identifies a task and that is "persistent".
I mean: in my tests I exported twice the same project.
The first time, the task "Cover the ground with cement" has task_id=1234
The second time, the same task ("Cover the ground with cement") has task_id=4567
I need the task_id to be the same between any export.
I've tried with wbs_id, seq_num, activity fields, etc.
None of them is useful to me (some of them are "persistent" but those are not unique for each task).
I'm very familiar with MS Project. In this software, the UID field is what I use and is perfect for my needs.
I'm also new to Primavera (any version).
