Project Control Engineer in CEMAE project in La Joya-Arequipa in Peru. A project of the army of Peru that includes the development of the engineering and construction of the maintenance center, repair, overhaul, assembly and progressive co-production of Mi-17 helicopters in the desert of La Joya-Arequipa.
Responsible for preparing, reviewing and deploying project control standards and policies, as well as providing implementation support and monitoring compliance. Responsible for leading the performance reviews of the project during execution. Responsible for carrying out the integration, updating, and monitoring of the project schedule for adequate control. Responsible for preparing the monthly project forecast, analyzing variations and proposing action plans to mitigate impacts. Responsible for preparing the project schedule and ensuring regular updates of the schedule (Primavera P6), projections, change control and also contribute to the identification of potential problems and their mitigation. Responsible for leading the meetings to update the schedule with the different areas. Responsible for compiling and periodically issuing progress reports and project status, changes, indicators, among others. Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly presentations of project control for management meetings and with the owner.
