- · Coordination of design development, tender process and execution works
- · Development, monitoring and tracking of high level delivery programmes and FF&E programmes
- · Preparation of cash flow forecasts
- · Quantity take-off and verification of consultant supplied bill of quantities (BoQ)
- · Technical evaluation of contractors programmes, setting up procedures for planning/progress reporting
- · Review and validation of consultants and contractors progress claims
- · Coordination with the site team in relation to Quality Controls, monitoring of results and compiling them into progress reports
