Project Controls Learning & Development

Dear Planning Planet Members and Guild of Project Controls Members,

We are offering some fantastic opportunities in this Newsletter to our PP members who wish to become even more involved with our Guild offerings.

Firstly, we are offering GLOBAL Training Opportunities in our Guild Certifications - as is the PP way, we are not going to set onerous contracts, clauses or agreements on our training network and it will be that everyone will be given a fair opportunity to service our current clients, or make a completely new client base.

Of course we will be supporting our Training Providers in many ways including utilising the largest Project Controls community in the world - Planning Planet.

Secondly, we are making you all aware that we offer a complete Project Controls Capability Assessment for Organisations, Teams or Individuals whereby each practitioner will be fairly assessed as to both strengths and weaknesses - you could view this as a potential training requirement or at last, putting a stake in the ground on the real competency of your Project Controls workforce.

TRAINING...

Planning Planet, who is authorized to support and advertise training bodies for the Guild of Project Controls, seeks results-driven entities to design and deliver training courses to support the Guild’s competency Certification credentials for Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Forensic Analysis and Project Controls and serve the Preparatory, Competent, Advanced and Expert levels of competency.

The Guild awaits the prospective training providers’ proposals as to how they plan to incorporate our Certification into their ETP Training Course(s). 

CORPORATE SKILLS and CAPABILITY BENCHMARK STUDY...

In addition to recruiting Training Partners, the Guild through Planning Planet has launched a new assessment tool set.

How Does it Work? Individuals will be independently assessed - a report on each individual will be created and it is the Guild's intention to offer the confidential results as part of an annual bench-marking study where organisations may see improvements (or otherwise) year on year in their Project Controls delivery.
