* Perform material take-offs using Blueprints and Estimating Software, perform Project Management functions ensuring detailed material schedules are current, provide analysis and solutions for variances; prepare Cost Estimates and Sales Quotations for Government Agencies and General Contractors for Heavy Civil Pipeline and Drainage Systems, submit RFIs, Plan and Manage Procurements, Prepare Purchase Orders, Request for Quotations from manufacturers, Review Technical Specifications and Contract Documents, Review Invoices, Collects fees in the form of cash, checks, and credit cards and issue receipts; Research property ownership using maps, databases and County Assessor's Records to develop project leads. Train other personnel in areas of expertise. Utilize Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, and Dynamics NAV ERP Software.
