November, 2016 Senior Planning Consultant, part of the PMO Team responsible for HS2 Schemes with Utility Diversions. Work within the established multiple client environment. Responsibilities include maintain and improve allocated schemes, assist wider PMO and the client team by creating various P6 and Excel reports both periodic and on an ad hoc basis.
- Update and maintain the portfolio of allocated schemes monthly. Issue various reports including Slippage Report after each update cycle.
- Improve current schedule by adding detailed activities as and when it is made available by the Contractors.
- Create Plan on a Page report for Management stakeholders. Adapt report for distinct types of schemes. (Gas Distribution, Gas Transmission and Electricity Transmission)
- Create and Issue Schedule Page as part of the Monthly PMO Report and present data in a Summarized view displaying all the Critical Issues like slippage of Key Milestones, Outages and Submission Date of Key Approvals for Procurement, Land Access and Consents.
- Create and issue reports to establish the feasibility of on time Construction Start for Gas D Below 7 Bar schemes.
- Review of submitted Baseline plan to improve on all identified areas.
- Analysis the impact of Surveys and/or Consents delays on Detailed Design and Construction Phase for each scheme.
