Supported project controls efforts on the Philadelphia School District Reconstruction Program as a member of the URS/JJS joint venture. Working directly with internal and external project management staff to update a program management schedule utilizing detailed schedule information obtained from contractors/construction managers engaged in the reconstruction effort. Information was gathered from up to 56 active projects across the school district ranging in size from a few hundred thousand dollars to over $61 million. The overall program valued at $1.3 billion.
