500/220 kv gas insulated substation (GIS) planning , scheduling , and cost estimation

hello 

i make my graduation project on construction of a 500/220 kv gas insulated substation , i have the plan of civil works but i don't know anything about the electrical part. so can you please help me by sending me a plan or WBS of any high voltage substation ?
