· Central Coordination of Project Installation Process
· Managing over 25 Field Engineers located all over different Regions
· Understanding and communicating stakeholder requirements to the appropriate team members and managing all requirements to realize each project for the interested parties
· Establishing clear ownership for project tasks and ensuring that the team members have the tools needed and can provide timely feedback
· Coordinating and facilitating delivery of the project objectives
· Tracking progress and reviewing project tasks ensuring deadlines are met appropriately
· Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to assure quality, productivity and meeting customer goals
· Communicating project status, issues and risks to relevant management
· Follow company policies, procedures and methods
· Conducting regular status meetings with all interested parties, keeping the needs and requirements for the projects continuously in view
· Working collaboratively with the development staff and supporting staff to help maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, ensuring that all communication between stakeholders are accurate
· Defining and maintaining all implementation processes, managing implementation lifecycle and coordinating documents when needed
· Arranging training and aligning this with customer goals
· Troubleshooting technical issues when needed and escalating appropriately
· Maintaining timelines and targeting dates within Telkom Mobile (8ta) Project
· High level Support and Configuration on CSR and MSO
· Overall preparation for site integration on air & ready for Quality Assessment tests.
· Provide accurate and timely status reports, and escalate issues.
· Perform site audits and Quality Assessment Test.
· Procurement of ICT product on behalf of the company
