October, 2015 Worked on the Styrene Unit 1 turnaround at the Americas Styrenics plant in St. James, Louisiana. Currently planning for Styrene Unit 2 and Ethylbenzene turnarounds. Developed, implemented and maintained a system for cost control of estimates, actuals and forecast labor, equipment and materials for TAR. Created labor staffing plans and equipment cost estimates. Integrated reports with P6 schedule information, MS Access, TRACK and SAP data. Created and maintained estimates, forecasts, accruals, reports, charts, and graphs of labor, material, rental hours and costs. Performed review of bids / estimates and real-time data to analyze trends and explain or correct anomalies. Valid TWIC and Alliance Safety Council certifications.
