December, 2016 Since January 2014 I have been working on a state of the art new build Hospital project in Doha, Qatar as .
My role on the projct is to directly manage a team of five planners and liase, manage and support the 3 direct contractors, numerous subcontractors, construction managers, project managers and client teams in regards to planning and project controls.
My team and I provide two specific services on the project, one being independent EoT planning and the other being independent construction planning / progress monitoring & forecasting.
