Hello,
In a schedule where all task-dependent activities have positive float, is there a way to show the longest path with that positive float?
For instance, a project is awarded 01-Jan-17 and the contract completes 01-Jan-18.
The 'Contract Complete' schedule activity in the schedule needs to show the fact it completes on 01-Jan-18.
However, if there is float on the activities, I'm unable to find a way to show the longest path. I can do so by changing the constraint on 'Contract Complete' to finish on or before, but then it's not true those days have 0 float.
Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!
