- Responsible for Forensic Delay Analysis of contractual programmes to demonstrate the impacts of acceleration, disruption and delay claims.
- Preparing and evaluating of claims.
- Undertake and give input into programming & planning on projects.
- Develop Bid / Tender programmes.
- Input, prepare and compile Management Reports.
- Develop claim programmes and relevant supporting documentation related to delay events.
- Develop Project Programmes including WBS, Resources and Cost.
- Update Progress and compile S-curves and histograms.
- Develop claim programmes from tender stage.
- Communicate with the relevant departments and site to help establish the facts, time and cost impact.
- Attend progress and management meetings.
- Providing planning training as and when required.
- Business Development, targeting new clients.
