July, 2015 Area 2 planning (Grinding, Wet Area, Tailings Thickening and Moly plant) on the process plant expansion project (from 120 Kt/d to 360 Kt/d) of Cerro Verde copper production unit (client: Freeport McMoRan).
- Led a team of 4 planners/schedulers monitoring multi-million contracts ($0,5B; 8M direct man-hours). Guided this team in substantiating a claim that saved the client $12 M.
- Produced comprehensive schedules in various formats and level of details to suit a variety of users/audiences.
- Liaised with Management, Engineering Team Leads, sub consultants and Contractors in preparation of schedules and interfaces.
- Analyzed validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the Project.
- Analyzed and reported productivity and trends. Forecasted the impacts on schedule or proposed changes.
- Attended management, project team and customer meetings as requested by the Project Manager.
