1. Understanding the Scope of work,contractual Start and Finish dates of the Project
2. Understanding the deliverable of various disciplines
3. Understanding the Major Milestones of the project
4. Establishing the ProgressMeasurement weightages forPhase/Disciplines and Activities.
5. Getting the schedules from disciplines
6. Preparation of schedule in consultation with variousdepartments
7. Planning resources required for theproject
8. Getting the baseline Schedule sign off from the customer
9. Preparation of S-Curve for Engineering, Procurement,Construction
10. Commissioning and Overall.Distribute the baseline schedule to various disciplines
2. Monitoring and Control
1. Establish the procedure for getting the progress from various disciplines.
2. Review progress submitted by the disciplines.
3. Updating the schedule
4. Prepare Weekly & Monthly ProgressReports
5. Follow up with disciplines for project controls related issues like Schedule update, MOM,
Progress Reports,Material Reports, Manpower Reports,etc.
6. Prepare & submit Progress reports to Top Management
7. Prepare delay analysis and present to all concerned discipline Managers and Management.
