 -Preparation of Project Budgets & Cost Control Reporting.

 -Quantities Takeoff for different work items.

 -Preparation of Technical & Commercial Comparison Sheets for Procurement Department.

 -Preparation of the Monthly Project Payment Certificates.

 -Preparation, Revising & Updating the Project Baseline Schedules & Weekly Updates.

 -Preparation, Revising & Updating the Project Internal Target Schedules & Weekly Updates.

 -Resources & Man Power Loading for Deferent Project Time Schedules & Issuing the Project Man Power Histograms & Charts.

 -Cash Flow & Cost Loading for Deferent Project Time Schedules & Issuing the Project Cash Flow In & Out Charts.

 -Preparation all EOT, Time Impacted & Claims Schedules related to the Variation Orders & Client delays.

 -Weekly & Monthly Progress Reporting.

 -Daily & Weekly Internal Progress Meetings & Consultants Weekly Meetings.
