March, 2013 OnTrack was a by name request to join the M+W Group team responsible for the construction of the $300M Intel CH8 facility in Chandler, AZ. Working with M+W’s in-house schedulers, OnTrack was responsible for taking the conceptual construction schedule and developing it into a detailed schedule used to direct and monitor daily construction progress. This work involved recurring meetings between Intel stakeholders and the M+W construction managers to ensure all scopes of work were properly captured and sequenced into a mutually agreed upon plan.
