Senior Planning Manager for delivering major social infrastructure across Qatar. This includes a 75 hectare zoo. (Value QAR 4.2bn) and 150 hectare hospital and medical city with 1,100 beds and accommodation for 15,000 members of staff. (Value QAR 26bn).
Roles and responsibilities:
- Preparation and development of resource and cost loaded master schedules.
- Schedule development in accordance with project Work Breakdown Structure.
- Configuration of system settings for project and programme reporting.
- Implementation of enterprise project structure, reports and procedures.
- Monthly schedule and Earned Value progress reporting.
- Identification of project deviations, issues and delays and the recommendation of corrective actions.
- Management and integration of multiple suppliers schedules.
- Incorporation of client governance and procurement processes.
