New blog post “Who Cares about the Cost of Time? ” is just up at the Total Project Control website

The new blog explains why the value/cost of time on projects is not only of great importance to the project manager, but also to the sponsor/customer. It also shows the dramatic way that the cost of time is framed in the movie The Imitation Game.
