*** Project Management ***
- Led the Planning & Control Department, including management of 3 people, a $40M P&L, the ERP system and the company’s KPIs.
- Headed EFACEC’s largest contract ($23M) for nuclear power plants in GA and SC, taking responsibility for the project’s P&L and team’s strategy.- Directed a cross functional team of 10 senior managers within engineering, quality, marketing and sales, and operations towards the successful completion of the project.

- Shaped and created the internal contract management structure to coordinate documentation distribution and monitor milestones achievement; administered CRM, incoming orders and invoicing ensuring 0% delays.
