Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for all planning & monitoring related activities for all 3 projects.
Ø Preparation, Updating, Tracking & Monitoring of the schedule for P6.
Ø Preparation of manpower histogram.
Ø Conducting meetings with client & consultants of periodic basis for project review.
Ø Sub-contractor Finalization.
Ø Monitoring schedule of drawings.
Ø Preparation of MIS.
Ø Contract management (Technical, contractual & Commercial Matters).
Ø Preparing & monitoring cash-flow.
Ø Monitoring pre-constructional activities for project mobilization.
