Physical Percentage Progress type and Actual Units

While using the Physical Percent Complete, the actual units is not getting updated automatically during the progress update(activity % complete). If duration percent complete is used, actual units will be updated automatically.

Is there any option to get the actual units updated automatically, using the physical % complete. The tab of " Auto Compute Actuals" is on.
