Senior Project Site Planner
Create and Prepares Project Schedule both for Tender & Construction Programmed. Supports the Project Manager in project implementation and corporate reporting, Monitor Physical progress on site, assess contractor schedules and performance on a weekly basis. Analyze Schedule data and advise the construction manager of potentials delays.
v Responsible for Preparation, updating and revising development schedules for$ 1.7 B Project cost
v Monitoring of Projects of the company using Primavera and MS Project Planning Program, Excel and Power point as well
v Planning & Scheduling for all Function such as Shutdown work, Maintenance work & Construction scope of works
v Create 3-Weeks Look Ahead schedule for the contractor in order to meet the milestone activities
v Coordinating resources, labor, materials and plant access for emergent implementation
