Responsibility:
- Schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities in supporting project objectives.
- Prepare progress measurement system and evaluate progress of work using the system.
- Supervise and provide technical & project managementdirection for planning/scheduling activities.
- Provide pro-active planning & schedule support in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensuresproactive use of planning and scheduling resources.
- Manage the Project Controls (PC) function within the project and consistently deliver key data and management information across the project portfolio with transparency to schedule, cost and reporting.
- Reviews Sub-Contractor’s Schedule for usefulness, logic, level of detail, timing, lines of communication and interfaces with other project elements, consistency with Current Control Estimate, WBS, and the Project Plan.
- Establishing and maintaining interfaces with key stakeholders of the projects, provides accurate and timely reports.
- Prepare recovery schedule to recover slippage and bring the schedule back to the original finish date as well as revised schedule to reflect variation impact & determine new completion date
- Develop tender schedule to assist the tender department
