· Responsible for Project Execution, Project Management and Contract Management
· Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project and subprojects according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget.
· Overall responsibility of implementation of services in delivery scope and final acceptance.
· Preparation & Updating of Construction schedule based on Project master plan using primavera project planner (P3) & (P6, 6.1, 6.7, 7.1).
· Manage all technical and administrative matters of the project and maintain a close liaise with Client, Contractor and other relevant agencies.
· Evaluation of Extension of Time (EOT) claim on standalone basis.
· Determination of EOT of collapsed As-built technique on Primavera Project Planner (P3).
· Evaluation of the Cost claim for EOT.
· To prepare the weekly, fortnightly and monthly progress reports for the project in collaboration with other concerned sections. To conduct visit to the manufacturing plants of various construction materials (Cement, Slag, Steel etc.) for testing to ensure that the manufacturing process and quality of material is as per international standards like ASTM, ACI, ICOLD etc.
· Periodically reviewing contractor’s project controls procedures and systems.
· Monitor scope, implement change control process and handle change management, ensure customer acceptance for the system and services
· Planning, booking and managing resources within the project, organize and lead the project team
· Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the customer and project teams
· Identify, analyze risks, plan and implement risk response actions
PLANNING & SCHEDULING ENGINEER– BHP Billiton Petroleum, Dadu, Pakistan (Pty) Ltd – Zamzama Oil & Gas Development Project
· Responsible for Project Management Plan and approval from Customer and Management.
· Responsible for preparation of Cost Baseline, its approval from Management and make it sure that the project is executed accordingly.
· Subcontractor prequalification, selection and training.
· Preparation of Project Implementation Plan, its approval from Customer and implementation of plan in the field.
· Responsible for Quality of works with implementation and procedures.

· I worked in DESCON Pakistan on different position including Area Planner, Site Acquisition, Rollout Manager and Project Management Officer for Bhit Gas Project. My prime responsibilities included Contract and Cost Management, devising Operational Strategy, understand Customer Priorities and Internal Constraints in order to build Action Plan. Report writing and Analytical Presentations for Top Management. Resource Planning and Management. Central Planning and Supply Chain Management and Quality Management.
