Major Duties:
Ø Prepare Weekly Internal Report for HQ including update of programme, quantity of excavation and backfill work done, concrete casting progress, progress layout in CAD, variance analysis;
Ø Prepare Weekly LTA Report including tabulation of work done for struts installation and removal, excavation and backfilling, concrete quantity, brackets installation, architectural progress and progress layouts in CAD;
Ø Prepare Monthly Progress Report including update of programme, production of physical S-curve, 3 Months Rolling Programme, Diagrammatic Layouts;
Ø Prepare and submit Monthly Progress Claim including substation documents (e.g. photos, layout of work done), Monthly Progress Payment S-Curve;
Ø Prepare and submit OMLA (One Month Look Ahead) based on projections from the Construction Team and Architectural Dept.;
Other Duties:
Ø Daily and Monthly update of Progress Layout on Bulletin Board;
Ø Site visit and monitoring with progress photos;
Prepare Progress Simulation and Weekly Variance Simulation based on projected accomplishments from the Construction Team
