Vast experienced in tendering especially in preparation of EPC tender for civil & infrastructure, tunnels, airport, highway & bridges, high rise building, railroads, offshore/onshore marine works, commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, dams, ports & harbours etc.; contract negotiation; estimation; budget preparation and project implementation. Experienced in over-all construction engineering: subcontract management, cost reporting and control of project budget, processing of subcontractors billings and owner billings; knowledge in detailing of temporary and permanent designs in compliance with engineering principle and ability to perform material take-off and procurement of off-island materials.
I am a registered professional Civin Engineer and graduated Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in University of Santo Tomas (Philippines) on march 28, 1984. I am currently employed in Vinci Construction Grands Projets (Hong Kong) as Senior Estimator.
