Ø Prepare MEP baseline program with the help of IFC drawings along with construction program given by Main contractor.
Ø Assign required resources for each activities.
Ø Preparation of Man power histograms & progress S curve
Ø Preparation of detailed weekly and monthly progress reports with “S Curve” using MS excel and Primavera project planner.
Ø Prepare reports and presentations of the project, for monthly progress review meetings.
Ø Preparation of snapshot activity lists (“1 week look behind”, “2 weeks look ahead schedules” and “3 months look ahead schedules”) for weekly meeting with client.
Ø Monitoring and comparison of manpower with planned Vs actual to find out productivity.
Ø Reporting delayed activities to Project Manager & take immediate action to avoid further delay.
Ø Prepare planned activities & planned manpower details to all concern Engineers in 1st week of month.
Ø Monitoring & follow up the drawing schedule & procurement schedule as per planned schedule.
Ø Prepare delay report of drawing submittals & Material submittals.
