- Getting Competitive Prices from Specialized Sub-Contractors including MEPD works Sub-Contractors, evaluate their Quotations according to project requirements and Specifications, checking inclusions and exclusion as per project requirements.
- Correspondence with Client and Consultants for the Clarifications and Notify them about the contradictions of drawings, BOQ and Specifications, and inform about the ambiguities (if any) at the tendering stage as a attempt to avoid future conflict. Attend the meetings with Clients and Consultants regarding the Tendering Projects and Post Tender Meetings to negotiate with the Clients and to satisfy the Clients/ Consultants both i.e. financially and technically.
- Preparation of Technical Proposals for Tendering Projects by fulfilling the Client and Consultant (national & international) requirements and prepare the prequalification documents to be prequalified for new Authorities, Clients and Consultants.
- Preparation of Base Line Programs using Primavera Project Management P6 for Tendering Projects as per projects nature and to meet the tender document requirement, checking the projects quantities, quantities take off.
- Communication with Operation Department and Finance Department regarding ongoing projects to provide the information about the projects’ inclusion and exclusions, clarifications and correspondence which we made at tendering stage.
- Preparing the Sub-Contractor Work Order, Agreements. Checking the monthly interim payment certificate of ongoing projects before submitting to Clients. Checking/ scrutinizing the monthly statement of Sub-contractor.
- Preparation and calculation of Projects Variations according to drawings, specification and as per conditions of contract.
