In addition to the nuclear industry, I also have considerable experience of recruiting for clients within the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors for the overseas market.

Contracts Manager for a national business which recruited engineers, primarily into the nuclear sector, giving me exposure to working with the nuclear supply chain. I spent time operating as an Account Manager to Capita at Sellafield Ltd., which gave me an in-depth understanding of both the processes and constraints of recruiting into a highly regulated arena. 

In addition to the recruitment I conducted in the nuclear & UK markets, I also recruited senior level candidates for oil & gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia, giving me an understanding of the constraints of working in this region and the requirements to facilitate this.
