Tasks and Duties
· Prepare general Bills of Quantities for construction works
· Assist in the preparation, review and administration of contractual proposals
· Manage the preparation and scheduling of construction work and the respective work crews and material lists and their respective delivery schedules
· Monitor, track and analyze project cost estimates, expenditures and forecast
· Manage site instructions and variations
· Coordinate labor, material, equipment and subcontractor resources to ensure on-schedule on-budget completion.
· Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency of planning and scheduling project

· Weekly reports to compare periodic actuals with future estimates to determine performance trends
