· Preparation of Project Schedule as per the Scope, Schdule maintain and update, and variance explanations.
· Preparation of Detailed plans & Level-4 Schedule (As per Work breakdown Structure)
· Preparation of Daily, 3 week Look ahead, Monthly Plan & progress Reports.
· Providing Critical analysis of project Schedule and providing Corrective Actions.
· Progress monitoring And Co-ordination with Sub contractor to ensure the Site activities are done in manner consist with the drawings as per standard codes as well as in safe, efficient, Cost effective and timely manner
· Co-ordination with Client, Consultant, Vendors & Sub- contractor about the Shutdowns and other permit Approvals.
· Co -Ordination With Kahramaa Electricity & Water Corporation for Getting Power supply to Service cabinet Panels.
· Maintaining manpower monitoring & Installed Equipment Quantity monitoring.
· Ensuring Effective Control and project management Techniques are employed during the execution of project.
