o Prepares and updates the Planning Schedule in Primavera P6
o Preparation of S-curve, Manpower Histogram and 2-Week Look Ahead Schedule
o Preparation of Daily Manpower Report, Weekly Progress Reports and Monthly Reports
o Preparation and Maintenance of Cost Control Sheet
o Updating the Schedule & Comparison with the Planned Schedule
o Co-ordination with all construction departments for the preparation of Progress Measurements
o Attend site coordination meetings with the client, consultants & Subcontractors
o Identification of Critical Activities and Co-ordination with Construction department to improve the Progress
o Assists the Senior Planner in the program preparation to ensure that the project objectives are met
o Preparation of Impacted program for Variations and other claims
o Co-ordination with Procurement Department for the purchase of materials
o Assistance in preparation of Monthly progress claim
o Co-ordination with Site Supervisors to know the Extra works other from the Scope of the Project and Claiming of the same by co-ordination with client
o Coordinating with Document control department for the Drawings, Plans and Procedures for the Construction Work from the Client
o Preparation of work packages for Electrical & Mechanical Quantities
o Documentation of all correspondences/submittals
