· Preparing BID schedules in alignment with our proposed construction technology, studying the project conditions and criteria to reflect in project schedules.
· Developing project plan, tracking and updating the schedule with accurate data.
· Preparing and distributing reports in timely manner.
· Developing Master construction programme using P6, updating project progress and baselines, preparing monthly project progress reports and S-curves.
· Implement schedule controls including management of float, earned value and critical paths.
· Liaise with project stakeholders directly to define and deliver their needs.
· Managing monthly man-hours reports.
· Create and publish look-ahead reports for other departments including construction, procurement and estimate look ahead.
· Preparing Weekly and Monthly Reports according to site status and contractor daily reports.
