The Works comprised the construction and completion of luxury villas inclusive of substructure, finishes, electrical, plumbing & mechanical installations, ancillary external works and services within the site boundaries.
Specific duties were:
- All Secretarial Work
- Document Control & Expedition User
- Maintaining Files
- Preparation of daily manpower and plant & equipment reports.
- Preparation of Subcontract Agreements for various construction disciplines, liaising with subcontractors & suppliers, reporting to the Project Manager and handling of all Contract correspondence and distributing the same to all employees concerned.
- Monitoring maintenance/housekeeping & all repairs in the office, maintenance of computers and networking support for IT activities.
