Responsibilities | ||
§ Writing engineering and economical proposals § Contacting commercial bodies to update knowledge regarding materials available on the market § Defining the projects scope and obtaining approvals of the projects scope statements from the stakeholders § Development of WBS, defying activities, sequence activities, activities resources’ estimation, activities durations’ estimations until development of the projects schedules, budgets’ determination and the Performance Measurement Baselines § Development of all structural design specifications and calculations on the subcontracted projects (Reports, appendages and drawings) § Directing and managing the project development § Ensuring regulations are complied with and appropriate standards applicable to the projects and operational definitions are achieved § Managing draftsmen, engineer assistant and teamwork § Managing the client and sponsor expectations § Agreeing with the stakeholders the changes across the project (technical changes, quality of work, communications, changes in the performance measurement baseline) and performing change management § Performing the quality control and scope verification § Reporting to clients on projects’ status and works’ performance § Monitoring and Controlling the works’ scope, schedule, costs and risks | ||
