Access to EPPM when use IP

Hi. I'm new in Primavera. I installed and config weblogic 11g then installed p6 8.2 eppm. when I want to access to primavera p6 page, if I use http://localhost:8203/p6 [1] , I can login but if I use like http://192.168.0.2:8203/p6 [2] nothing happend when pushing login button.

please help me to solve this problem.
