- Project planning and development using Primavera 3.1 for monitoring all procurement, distribution and resource administration activities.
- Estimating project cost, and scheduling the project activities. Ensuring compliance with specified timelines and budgetary allocations.
- Addressing all risk and contingency situations arising during the project lifecycle.
- Attending progress review meetings and reporting.
- Supporting the generation and relapse of various project management documents like MIS reports, progress reports, earned value reports, etc.
