My question regarding cost point of view?

I would like to know or any definition as follows:

1 – Dry Cost

2 – Mark up

3 – Benefit of Profit

4 – Selling Cost

Because I joined a meeting before couple of week there they were discussing on these topics so in this regard I would like to clear my concept.
