- Development and maintenance of project schedules in P3e/P6 database in accordance with appropriate procedures; Project phase, WBS, Milestone to capable of delivering the project objective.
- Upload project budget cost, load resource, code activity CBS as necessary and create the baseline
- Update/monitor project schedules monthly basic and analysis volume cost against baseline
- Undertaken Project work according to possession planning.
- Report actual performance against plan every period end and analysis Earn Value (EV) CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC and suggest/comment to Project Manager about ongoing status of project.
- Identifying critical paths and developing action plans to maximize project quality, cost and delivery objective
- Produce 4/8 week look ahead report to Re-check schedules/Milestones with task managers, and contractors, for ongoing progress and near future plan change schedule/lag as required.
- Implementation any change in P6 and re-baseline as per Senior team decision
- Organize/participate in project team meeting to track Milestone, up to date status and suggest if necessary
- Register risk log, maintain update as per PM instruction
- Provide Support/help to task manager by providing to project information from P6 and liaised with project stakeholders parties to improve planning and scheduling process in regard to successful implementation of the project
