1. Supervising and superintending the day to day site activities to deliver production to the maximum rate with the required satisfying level of quality according to the project specs.
2. Coordinating the materials (Formworks) recycle plan within the site to put them at the maximum level of efficiency
3. Working with the planning dept. to create the project timeline schedule using Oracle's Primavera P6 for all the projects items of works including the mechanical and electrical.
4. Assisting in the work of cost and resources analysis of the project along with the planning department.
5. Establishment of the work sequencing of activites and exporting the outcome to Primavera P6 to link between those activities and create a reliable most to accurate schedule
6. Analysing the Project's BOQ and Specs to understand fully the items and scopes of work and relate them to the cost that should be under control
5. Minor Roles and activities that helped to gain other inter disciplinary skills such as:
a. Quantity Surveying.
b. Reporting and writing letters.
c. Organizing and management of labor direct force
d. Logistics work.
e. Interpretation of the project specifications
f. Risk Assessment for different elements that threatens the project success
