P3 to P6 Schedule Conversion/No Driving Relationships

Guys,

 

I have a schedule prepared in P3 and then later on I converted it to P6 as required by our consultant. After succesfull import to P6, I noticed that some of the activities have no DRIVING PREDECESSORS/SUCCESSORS. As a result, the start and/or finish date of the activity is different from the same activity in P3 version.( I compared it apple to apple and checked the relationships).

 

Any idea on how to fix this issue? Is this a bug or wha in P6?
