How to assign weights to Schedule ?

I am exploring the way that how to assign weights to my schedule

I am using cost & resource loaded schedule

Duration Type = Fixed Duration & Units

% complete type = Duration

Duration % complete = 12.33%

Schedule % Complete = 20.35%

Performance % Complete = 17.89%

Here I want to know the way of assigning the weights to each activity coz my manager is asking to show me the planned weights & Actual Weights.
