Problem with Import single digit lag from .DBF

I got problem in lag when I was importing from .DBF file. I am getting only two digit onwards, but I’m not getting single digit (from 1 to 9) in import. And I tried with decimal (like 3.00) places also and even two digits (like 03). Not able to import single digit. Anybody suggest how to import single digit lag from .DBF or any other way.
