where did top-Down Estimation go in P6 Rel. 8.1 ??

Hi All,

i checked P6 Rel 8.1, i did not find the top-down estimation tool that was in P6 rel.7. 

that was a good tool to develop a quick cash flow.

did oracle replace this option with any other way to do the same thing!!!
