Dear Masters,
I have just started my career as a planning engineer the plan I inherited was not resourced the duration does not tally with the start and finish dates .They wanted me to analysis the plan showing delay impact,run report on it ,earned value without any figure given to me.My boss keep telling me I got to deliver in three days time.
Where do I start ?
What are the solutions I can deploy to bring the Project back on track?
Please I need help and experts advice.Asap
