Project Planner and Controller

o  Raw Gas Transfer Line (RGTL) Project;

o  Electrostatic Precipator Internal Replacement;

o  Second life cycle replacement of corroded fire water network;

Duties in above projects included:

-        Preparing and updating an integrated time schedule for the business and sponsor disciplines. Close collaboration with the project management and engineering discipline - Microsoft Project;

-        Regularly reviewing and analysing project criticalities. Advising mitigation options and corrective actions to the business manager;

-        Preparing project road map;

-        Preparing one pager and to do list report on a bi-monthly basis;

o  Preparing monthly ISBI (IPA Schedule Benchmark Index) reports for 75 multidiscipline projects.
